Your first step as a Designer Capital client is an in-depth interview, giving us the big picture and helping to identify your unique financing and mortgage needs. From there, we’ll assist in collecting, verification and review of all your documentation for pre-approval. Our intake team will help get your initial application complete. Then we assess the file to determine which lender we should go to - educating our clients about their lender options.
