Working with Designer Capital

Your first step as a Designer Capital client is an in-depth interview, giving us the big picture and helping to identify your unique financing and mortgage needs. We realized early on that not only are there differences in the products lenders offer but also in the documentation each lender needs to fund that mortgage once it’s been approved. The back and forth that goes into getting all the finer details handled can be as in-depth as getting the initial approval.

From there, we’ll assist in collecting, verification and review of all your documentation for pre-approval. Our intake team will help get your initial application complete. Then we assess the file to determine which lender we should go to - educating our clients about their lender options. 

Then we can present you with customized financing solutions. And once your approval comes back, our team will make sure everything makes it to your lawyer’s office on time and as needed to fund according to your timelines – supporting you every step of the way.
